visiting BIO-biennial of (slovene) industrial design
This one is 21.st in the row. It’s not big exhibition, but still fresh. There were also some international exhibitioners, but in majority domestic industrial design and designers were presented. If one is interested, here the official site: http://www.bio.si/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=25&Itemid=56&lang=en
So, here are some pictures of objects/design concepts, which were interesting to me:

day one with sigma dp1
Hi, i was given this little sigma for testing for few days, so why not take a walk and snap some pics for a start. It was my first time with sigma, so be gentle. For now jpeg day will do, i will also try some raw etc, since i’m doing kind of review for some photo portal.
So, here you go, some jpeg candids around the town’s old centre.

Everything good starts with beer..(iso 400, i think)

All others in iso 100

100% crop from pic above. As you can see, this f/4 lense on dp1 is very sharp, there’s no sharpening applied on crop! Well, foveon byself is one sharp thing, for sure..

Again, 100 %crop from above. I think you’re getting it by now..

.. and ends with good meal. This is iso 800, so it can be used even with foveon.
First impressions:
-It’s small (realy small) and it has 1.7x crop sensor. This i realy, realy like.
-It’s has very sharp lense (28mm eq. to leica format i think) which is sharp (and i mean sharp) wide open. and i didn’t even try raw yet!
-It’s has this f/4 lense which i would like to be faster for true lowlight work, but:
-AF is not very good in lowlight, so it’s logical. for good af hunt in lowlight u need lot of light..
I could get original optical viewfinder and lens shade, but i would have to return that quick, so just body for me.
This is day one for now. I will try to test other things in next days.,.
But i can tell you, i can picture myself with something like that. to have option on dslr quality in pocket size, hell yes, rangefinder days are back..

izlet v makro svet

no, tukaj so rezultati:

70mm, f4

70mm, f32

200mm, f4

200mm, f32
